Port People: Meet Joel Favazza, Seaside Legal’s Founding Attorney

With the grand opening of their newest office on Pleasant Street last week and their participation as the Lead Sponsor in the Fall Harvest Festival, Seaside Legal is joining the Greater Newburyport community with a bang! Seaside Legal Solutions is a 21st century law firm that was originally founded in Gloucester in 2010 and has recently expanded to Newburyport.

With a primary focus on residential and commercial real estate matters, Seaside Legal helps clients that need to buy, sell, or refinance their homes or businesses; apply for permits from Zoning Boards, Planning Boards, Conservation Commissions, and other local and state permitting authorities; or deal with matters in the Housing Court or Land Court such as landlord/tenant disputes and disputes with neighbors. Joel Favazza, Seaside Legal’s founding attorney, is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and lives with his wife and three children in Gloucester where he also serves on the local School Committee and coaches youth soccer.

Joel was drawn to Newburyport after two lengthy permitting processes for local businesses had him making repeat visits to the region. He is joined by his staff of experienced professionals who are looking forward to bringing their unique ability to provide effective and efficient legal solutions to the Greater Newburyport area.
