Wingate Residences at Haverhill Ribbon Cutting
200 Attend Wingate Residences at Haverhill Grand Opening
More than 200 community leaders, health care professionals, and future residents gathered on Oct. 24 at the grand opening celebration of Wingate Residences at Haverhill, an independent living, assisted living and memory care community located at 10 Residences Way (formerly 182 North Ave.).
The event included a ribbon-cutting ceremony with James J. Fiorentini, Mayor of Haverhilll; Scott Schuster, founder and president of Wingate Healthcare; and several of the community’s first residents, who moved into Wingate Residences at Haverhill in early October. Attendees enjoyed tours of the luxury senior living community, which is managed by Wingate Healthcare.
“We’re so proud to open this beautiful new community to seniors and their families,” Schuster said. “The demand for high-quality senior living grows each day, and we built Wingate Residences at Haverhill to provide seniors with exceptional care, lifestyle programming and amenities in an elegant, stylish, meticulously designed setting.”
Wingate Residences at Haverhill offers 64 independent living and assisted living apartments as well as Wingate Healthcare’s unique memory care program, The Neighborhood, which provides specially-designed care for individuals living with dementia. Callahan Construction Managers provided general contracting for Wingate Residences at Haverhill, and landscape design was a collaboration between Wagon Wheel and Weston & Sampson.
