Welcome to the GNCCI Charitable Foundation!
We're all about making things awesome in the Greater Newburyport area. Think flower baskets on lampposts and turn Market Square into a winter wonderland with bows, garlands, and a spruced-up Santa's workshop.
Our Chamber crew and board members have been doing their best to keep Newburyport charming. We've achieved some cool stuff, but we're not stopping there. We're passionate about doing even more, and that's where you come in – with your support!
We're excited about helping local small businesses and young entrepreneurs set up shop or expand here. We're also crafting scholarships for students interested in business, manufacturing, and culinary arts, connecting them with local opportunities. These are big dreams; we're ready to roll as long as you're with us.
But hey, it's not just our ideas that count – we want to hear from you too! Whether it's cash or your two cents, we're all ears.

Where we started
The Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GNCCI) Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit created in 2019 to fund numerous beautification projects throughout Newburyport.
The Charitable Foundation has funded projects such as hanging seasonal flower baskets on city lampposts, holiday decorations such as our Market Square Christmas Tree, bows, garlands, and the rehabilitation, installation, and maintenance of Santa’s workshop.
Chamber staff and board members of the foundation have worked hard to ensure that Newburyport remains a beautiful destination and we are proud of what we have accomplished so far.
